




**Join Bajaj Importer and Distributor!** *Zone: Portales, Benito Juárez, CDMX.* We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented **Accounting and Billing Assistant** to support billing activities and the preparation of statistical reports. **Responsibilities** ***Billing*** * Receiving billing orders and generating invoices in the system according to procedures and policies. * Verifying payments with Accounting. * Verifying with the Imports Department that goods are correctly registered in the system. * Assistance **only on Saturdays**, in case of **monthly billing closing**, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. ***Reports and Statistics*** * Preparing sales reports and statistics for Management / General Management. * Coordinating the submission of branch information for statistical analysis. * Monitoring inventory levels. **Customer Service** * Answering switchboard calls and routing them to the responsible departments. * Logging customer calls. * Responding to and following up on social media inquiries. * Quality assurance calls to customers. **Requirements** * **Intern** or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics and Administration. * Proficiency in **e-invoicing 4.0** — up to date. * Knowledge of **SAP**. * Organized, analytical and honest profile. **We Offer** * Net monthly salary: $12,000 * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payment * Positive work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * e-invoicing 4.0: 1 year (Mandatory) * SAP usage: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site
