




Growing company seeks to integrate into its team a Control Desk Assistant who will support the review, validation, and recording of operational and personnel information, ensuring compliance with internal processes and control policies. Responsibilities: Receive and validate incidents and operational reports. Monitor and track employee hires, terminations, and transfers. Assist in preparing payroll, attendance, and administrative control reports. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve incidents and update databases. Monitor departmental indicators and support internal audits. File and manage documentation according to confidentiality standards. Required Profile: Completed high school or higher education in administration, human resources, or related fields. Previous experience in administrative or internal control roles is desirable.
