PRODUCTION OPERATOR (Production Operator – MFG)

The Production Operator is responsible for assembling, machining, performing quality inspections, changing tools, and supporting the identification and resolution of issues in manufacturing processes and equipment.

What Does This Role Do?
* Understand, support, and safely execute all tasks, contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety above all else.
* Perform bench, plant-floor, or conveyor-line assembly tasks, typically short-cycle, involving standardized work elements. Requires ability to understand and follow written work instructions. Work may involve use of hand tools, assistive devices such as hoists, and electric tools or other equipment.
* Provide frontline support in production machining and/or assembly environments. This includes using computerized equipment and performing activities such as machine restarts, quality control, and applying standardized work instructions.
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform tasks on all equipment within the assigned workspace.
* Conduct predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance activities.
* Must be able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
* Report to work punctually to support production startup and performance goals.
* Must possess good physical stamina and coordination. May be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching. May occasionally lift up to 18 kg.
