We are looking for your talent as a **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Work Location:** Grand Outlet Riviera Maya (Km 21 Cancún \- Puerto Morelos Highway) **Responsibilities:** * Support in basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Assistance in minor repairs of electrical, hydraulic, and carpentry installations. * Cleaning and organizing technical areas. * Reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor or department head. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed junior high school (certificate required) or higher * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Minimum 6 months of experience in maintenance * Eagerness to learn * Proactivity **We Offer:** * Base salary of 12,000 monthly gross * 10% savings fund * 30-day year-end bonus * 35% vacation bonus * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Schedule: Rotating shift from Monday to Sunday with one day off
