**Job Description:** Oversee the overall warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes according to BAT's established standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Coordinate and monitor the performance of the Picking Leader and operational team to guarantee inventory availability and accuracy, as well as the proper execution of work orders and distribution. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily execution of warehouse operations through continuous follow-up with the Picking Leader. * Verify that receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and return activities are carried out according to established procedures and timelines. * Coordinate with the Picking Leader on workload planning, task assignment, and achievement of daily goals. * Monitor compliance with productivity standards, inventory accuracy, and operational safety. * Validate proper material handling and application of FIFO/FEFO methods to ensure appropriate product rotation. * Control and track cyclic inventories, reconciliations, and internal audits. * Supervise product integrity throughout the entire logistics process and resolve operational incidents together with the Picking Leader. * Ensure operational staff comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and good storage practices. * Promote continuous improvement in operational processes, safety, and team performance. * Prepare daily/weekly operational, incident, and results reports for Logistics Management. * Foster a work environment based on respect, discipline, and collaboration among teams. * Provide constant collaboration to ensure proper shipment and delivery flow. * Coordinate on disciplinary matters, training, and policy compliance. **Required Profile** Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical career in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (completed or in progress). Experience: * Minimum 2 years as warehouse supervisor or warehouse manager. * Proven experience managing operational personnel (leaders, stock clerks, forklift operators, pickers). * Desired experience in FMCG, tobacco, or 3PL logistics companies. Knowledge: * Logistics processes for receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. * Inventory control, audits, and FIFO/FEFO methods. * Experience with WMS, SAP, or similar systems. * Industrial safety standards and ergonomics. * Logistics indicators (KPIs) and productivity analysis.
