We require: **Production Supervisor** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (full academic title or certificate of studies). **NO students, NO graduates, NO incomplete technical degrees.** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position (employment references will be verified). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Experience managing and supervising personnel, with a minimum team size of 50 people. **Objective:** Ensure the flow and continuity of plant production operations through effective supervision, coordination, and administration of personnel, resources, machinery, and materials required to consistently meet quality standards in the manufacturing of our products. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and record personnel incidents (absences, vacations, leave requests, tardiness, etc.). * Lead, organize, and coordinate team activities to maintain machine operations. * Comply with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by personnel according to their assigned roles. * Support staff training and development to enhance their skills. * Verify and control injection molding machine parameters. * Identify, detect, and correct minor faults in injection molding machines. * Adjust production processes. * Assist with corrective or preventive maintenance and issue corresponding work orders. * Coordinate tooling, mold, or sheet specification changes. * Support technicians during machine startup or operation. * Maintain machine records and perform adjustments to prevent downtime and material waste. * Supervise adherence to established procedures for each process. * Ensure compliance with BRC standard procedures. * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), if applicable within the process. * Safeguard and maintain assigned tools, materials, and equipment in good condition, consistent with job requirements. **Interested candidates meeting the above profile should apply via this channel or send an updated CV to 7221565158.
