At Ricardo Millan, we are seeking an experienced Sample Seamstress with meticulous attention to detail to join a Mexican brand focused on premium natural-fiber garments and timeless design. We seek a person passionate about garment construction, fine finishing, and quality in every piece. Key Responsibilities * Production of garment samples and prototypes. * Interpretation of technical specifications and patterns. * Full garment construction, including shirts, trousers, lightweight blazers, and premium casual pieces. * Adjustments and corrections of samples. * Handling various fabric types, primarily linen, cotton, and natural fibers. * Inspection of finishes and construction quality. * Support in developing new collections. Requirements * Prior experience as a sample seamstress or in full-garment construction. * Proficiency with straight-stitch, overlock, and collar machines. * Knowledge of fine finishing and detailed garment construction. * Attention to detail and appreciation for well-executed work. * Responsibility and strong organizational skills. * Experience in premium fashion or high-quality garments is desirable.
