Opportunity to chart your own path and reach your full potential As a CBRE Technician, you will support interactions with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure completion of assigned site tasks and work orders. This position is part of the Maintenance team, which focuses on all operational aspects and provides support to the Responsible Manager regarding repairs, maintenance, and maintenance planning. **Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Education:** Technical or incomplete degree in Electricity. Experience: Minimum 2 years **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Infrastructure repair work. Lighting fixture repair. Support for electricians in electrical work, work at heights, and hot work. Execution of repair work requests in plumbing. Primarily assisting the maintenance technician. Repairing leaks in the main potable water, irrigation, and reuse piping loop. Maintenance of irrigation pumps. Maintenance of the irrigation system. External piping repair work. Outdoor infrastructure maintenance work Why CBRE?
