Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Marketing, Economics, or related field. * Age: 26 years old and above. * Minimum experience in the area. * Intermediate to advanced Excel experience. * CRM (Salesforce or other). * PowerPoint. * Basic Power BI is desirable. Responsibilities: * Commercial reports and KPIs. * Monitoring of KPIs defined by management. * Sales vs. target analysis, pipeline, forecast, and product mix. * Pipeline and forecast (support). * Commercial incentives (analytical support). * Support the development and modeling of incentive plans according to guidelines from Management and Finance. * Support the sales force.
