Organize and supervise internal controls related to hiring. Support planning and follow-up of the department’s administrative activities. Supervise the proper compilation and safekeeping of personnel documentation. Prepare and follow up on basic administrative reports. Coordinate internal operational activities of the Human Resources team. Ensure confidential handling of information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Experience in administrative coordination or process supervision (preferred). Basic/intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email). Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Effective communication and basic leadership skills.
