Job Summary: The Services Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Recording and analysis of operational data **General Purpose of the Position** ================================ The Services Operator is responsible for the proper operation of equipment in their area, as well as the Osmonics system, in accordance with Pfizer Quality Standards (PQS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and any other policies or procedures required under EHS guidelines. The Services Operator records and analyzes operational data from various equipment and systems under their responsibility. They maintain control over reagents and spare parts for area equipment and are responsible for the good condition of plant buildings. **Responsibilities** ===================== * Maintain boiler operation through operational and fault inspections to confirm they are in good working condition. * Maintain purified water system operation by verifying that the system remains within operational parameters for supplying purified water to Production. * Maintain compressed air system operation by verifying that the system remains within operational parameters for supplying air to Production. * Maintain Production chiller and CAD operation through maintenance activities and monitoring of temperature and pressure to sustain required temperature conditions in production areas, product storage areas, and cold rooms. * Supply potable water from wells and cisterns for Plant operations. * Monitor operation of air handlers, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers on non-working days to ensure proper operation of Production and CAD HVAC systems. * Restore electrical power after failures or power outages. * Connect nitrogen tanks to supply Production. * Maintain natural gas supply by monitoring pressure levels for equipment requiring this fuel. * Preventive maintenance * Corrective maintenance * Completion of training as specified in their training curriculum **Specifications – Position Requirements** ================================================ * **Education:** Technical studies in Mechanical and/or Electromechanical Engineering * **Experience:** 5 \- 10 years in Maintenance and Control roles for pharmaceutical or similar industry equipment; operation of critical equipment (Purified Water System, Compressed Air, Steam, Chilled Water); operation of electrical equipment. * **Other Knowledge:** ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 management systems, basic Microsoft Office.
