CBRE is the world's leading firm in real estate consulting, marketing, property services, and maintenance. **Electromechanical Technician.** **Location:** Toluca (Galerías Toluca) **Schedules:** Rotating monthly: Morning shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., fixed weekly day off during weekdays. **Requirements:** Completed junior high school or high school. 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance and/or trades. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive maintenance of air conditioning equipment * Knowledge and experience in electricity * Basic knowledge of plumbing and sanitation installations * Response to emergency reports * Preparation of service reports and procedure tracking * Equipment verification routines * General maintenance * Maintenance of electrical panels, replacement of lighting fixtures, maintenance of air handlers, maintenance of dry-type transformers (readings), maintenance of substations. * Replacement of toilets, inspection of flow meters and single-lever faucets * Preventive maintenance of emergency power generators **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, driving progress for businesses and individuals.
