Advanced English proficiency for verbal and written communication. Minimum Education (Field/ Specialty): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Required Experience (Years and Areas): Minimum 3 years in customer service. Problem analysis and resolution, and decision-making.
