Graduated. Age: 25 - 35 years old. Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar position, preferably in food industry companies. **Knowledge:** Electronic invoicing. ERP systems management. Advanced level of Office suite. Intermediate English. **Responsibilities:** · Handle direct procurement for a rapidly growing company · Create processes to improve productivity and profitability with quality · Manage the acquisition of raw materials and packaging materials · Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and ensure supply quality · Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers, seeking the best commercial terms · Analyze market trends and manage supply chain-related risks · Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Warehouse departments · Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate deliveries with suppliers · Evaluate and rate supplier performance, implementing actions with direct impact on productivity · Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects · Knowledge of supply chain, supplier development, and negotiation techniques **Competencies:** · Assertive communication. · Emotional intelligence. · Positive and organized. · Sense of urgency. · Results-oriented. · Adherence to rules and procedures. · Creativity. · Teamwork. · Pro-activity. · Analytical skills, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork **Benefits:** Net Monthly Salary: $15,000.00 to $20,000.00, depending on skills (it is important to demonstrate that previous jobs had similar salaries).
