We are currently seeking personnel for the position of **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**. **Requirements:** * Age: 23 to 40 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in food science, agronomy, or related field * Minimum one year of experience in the food industry or production processes **Work Experience:** * Supervision of unionized personnel * Execution of production plans * Management of production lines * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) * Knowledge of the food industry * Knowledge of greenhouse operations **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $13,000 MXN * Vacation bonus exceeding the statutory minimum * Up to 30 days’ Christmas bonus, depending on achievement of objectives * Life insurance * Direct employment contract with the company Work location: Santa María Rayón, State of Mexico.
