Responsibilities: * GPS monitoring and control via Satellite Tracking Platform. * Tracking and locating units that cease GPS location reporting. * Reporting of status and dwell times en route or at customer locations. * Reporting of route deviations or alternate routes due to contingencies. * Notifying all AFN operational stakeholders of any situation requiring road assistance. * Responding to and managing alerts related to risk events.
