*This vacancy is from the job board Talenteca.com* ### **Job opening for company Talent Development Consulting HH in Toluca, State of Mexico** **General Accountant** **About the company:** Leading tier1 company in the market, located in Toluca, seeking General Accountant **Minimum Qualifications:** * Completed degree (Bachelor) in the field of finance and accounting, or comparable field. * At least 5 years of senior general ledger accountant (process R2R) experience in an international manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Good analytical skills and process orientation * Excellent Problem solver **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** **General Ledger** \- Process Owner for keeping the general ledgers for the assigned companies (Local Process Owner R2R \-record to report\-) * Calculating and posting recurring and one\-off items that require separate processing or provisions, and tracking these items on an ongoing basis * Posting and reconciling the payroll * Currency revaluations * IDL reporting * Reconciling balance sheet accounts * Process Owner for asset accounting * Monitoring and coordinating leasing matters on an ongoing basis * Monitoring intercompany payables and receivables * Closely working with controllers/business partners at the company concerned and with CU\-3FR when processing new, rare and significant business transactions * Helping to record processes and implement new processes * Generating standard reports and carrying out business management analyses * Providing statistics to authorities * Providing input for auditors in the assigned area * Defining, analyzing and tracking relevant KPIs * Payroll accounting (monthly reconciliation from local books to payroll system) * Social security provisions calculation and control * Oversee of HR calculations and support to Social Security Audits * Syndicate topics support * Actuarial calculation of severance and seniority premium * Financial statements elaboration for local GAAP for external auditors’ signature **Required Profile:** * **Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting** * **Advanced English** * **Interpretation and preparation of financial statements** * **Understanding of general accounting** * **Excel** * **IFRS** * **SAP** **Compensation Package** Salary $40,000 $45,000 \+ Statutory vacations, \+ 60% vacation bonus, \+ Christmas bonus of 30 days, \+ 12% PF \+ 11% food vouchers up to legal limit, \+ Life insurance 24 and 48 months \+ Personal GMM **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Mid Level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * English *This vacancy is from the job board Talenteca.com:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=68d6f7212600003400d81050\&source\=indeed*
