Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader for the financial sector, responsible for technical analysis, system integration, and end-to-end software design, ensuring quality standards and coordination with teams. Key Highlights: 1. Leads technical analysis and system integration in the financial sector. 2. End-to-end software design and technology strategy based on the BoW. 3. Technical Leader (Financial Sector) Requirements: Main Responsibilities Responsible for delivering technical analysis and system integration, detailing definitions with other applications involving direct interaction. Collaborates with the Solution Analyst to ensure the team understands user requirements. Provides necessary information considering identified Information Security requirements. Performs software design considering the end-to-end solution, aligning with Solution Analysts from conception through production deployment and feature delivery to the client. Ensures interaction with the design of other applications participating in features within Confluence. Ensures adherence to technical quality standards for features executed in Confluence sites. Develops the technology strategy based on the BoW as well as application requirements (CSIs S016, S264, and S500) in Jira. Documents and incorporates design diagrams (e.g., relationship, component diagrams), ensuring communication and security protocols are specified according to the technology stack, and links them to backlog items in JIRA. Decomposes Product Backlog functionalities aligned with the identified technological solution together with the Product Owner and Solution Analyst in JIRA. Technically refines and updates Product Backlog epics and user stories together with the Product Owner, Solution Analyst, and Developers when required and as part of Sprint events. Resolves specific questions from the team to ensure understanding of proposed technological functionalities and their correct operation. Synchronizes with the team during feature planning, execution, and release, considering application interactions reflected in generated documentation. Makes visible technical blockers/dependencies and constraints both inside and outside the team, seeking resolution in coordination with other technical roles. Ensures, together with the QA Lead, that the technical solution and test strategy remain aligned and documented (JIRA, Confluence).
