Role Objective Ensure the correct execution of banking operations across the ATM network through technical analysis and direct coordination with the IST Switch team to guarantee the integrity of each transaction. What Profile Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field (current student or graduate). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar technical support or QA roles for ATM networks. English: Basic to intermediate level. Availability: Willingness to travel. Technical Knowledge (Hard Skills) ATM Hardware/Software Proficiency: Proven experience with brands such as NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, or Hyosung. Financial Protocols: In-depth knowledge of ISO 8583 (transaction messaging). Middleware and Switching: Operational or testing experience with IST Switch (FIS) or similar systems (Base24, Postilion). ATM Architecture: Familiarity with XFS standards (Extensions for Financial Services). Operating Systems: Administration and troubleshooting in Windows environments for ATMs. Key Responsibilities Certify operational flows (withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries) by validating the Switch response. Analyze ISO traces and logs to identify communication failures between the ATM and the Host. Coordinate certification windows with the Switching team. Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) and data integrity across each flow. Desired Competencies Analytical ability to resolve complex network issues. Assertive communication skills to serve as a technical liaison.
