





The person joining will be responsible for transforming ideas and technical requirements into detailed structural drawings and models, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency. This role is key to ensuring the feasibility of construction and metalworking projects, collaborating directly with engineering, production, and site teams. To succeed in this position, an analytical approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to turn concepts into tangible results are required. **Responsibilities** Develop structural and detailed drawings based on project requirements, standards, and technical specifications. * Perform and review structural calculations to ensure safety and feasibility. * Collaborate with production, construction, and quality departments to align design with execution. * Ensure compliance with applicable national and international regulations for structures. * Propose innovative technical solutions that optimize materials and processes. * Document and update design files for traceability. * Participate in project review meetings, providing a technical and detailed perspective. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree or engineering in related fields (Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Structures). * Previous experience in structural and/or detailed design (preferably 2+ years). * Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, SAP2000, STAAD or similar). * Knowledge of construction and structural design codes (NOM, AISC, ACI, etc.). * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
