We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead complex technical initiatives with clarity, structure and strong communication while collaborating closely with engineering, product and operational teams. What You’ll Do: * Lead end\-to\-end project delivery across software, cloud or data\-related initiatives. * Coordinate planning, execution, testing and release activities with engineering, QA, DevOps and product teams. * Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones and communication artifacts. * Identify risks, manage dependencies and escalate issues before they impact delivery. * Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog discussions and cross\-functional alignment. * Ensure teams have the information, clarity and structure needed to execute effectively. * Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders at different levels. * Promote best practices in project documentation, governance and continuous improvement. * Support the implementation of delivery processes, KPIs and project standards. What You’ll Bring * 5\+ years of experience managing technical or software\-related projects. * Proven track record leading cross\-functional teams in fast\-paced environments. * Strong understanding of project lifecycle, Agile methodologies and delivery workflows. * Experience working with engineering, QA, product, cloud or data teams. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar. * Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain high\-quality execution. * Advanced English level for meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication.
