




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to coordinate administrative activities, manage suppliers, and maintain offices with a results-oriented focus. Negotiation and problem-solving skills OFFICE MANAGER WANTED FOR COMPANY GROWTH REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (Office Manager, Property Administrator, Office Coordinator). • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools. • Experience in procurement, supplier management, and office maintenance. • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure. • Proactive, organized attitude with a results-oriented mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate general administrative activities of the office. • Serve as liaison with building administrators regarding rental and property maintenance matters. • Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance staff. • Manage suppliers of office supplies, stationery, and furniture (chairs, desks, etc.). • Conduct procurement, order tracking, and inventory control. • Identify interior and structural office renovations. • Maintain expense records and generate reports in Excel. • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal terms. WE OFFER • Salary Range: $25,000 to $30,000 monthly, tax-free, commensurate with experience • Contracting scheme based on honorarium payments assimilated to salary • Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturdays for office inspection and maintenance follow-up Work Location: One block from Nuevo León Metrobus station. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience Age: between 27 and 40 years old Keywords: administrator
