Job Objective To coordinate and administer managed services projects related to hardware and technological infrastructure across deployment, operations, and closure phases—ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and effective communication with clients and internal teams. This vacancy focuses on hardware (computing equipment), not software development. Key Responsibilities Coordinate hardware, physical technology, and IT infrastructure projects. Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Oversee milestones, deliverables, schedules, and contracts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding issue tracking and resolution. Identify risks and propose continuous improvements. Prepare documentation, logs, and progress reports. Collaborate in implementing agile methodologies and service management practices. Facilitate communication among technical, operational, and administrative teams. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in IT, Systems, Administrative Informatics, or related field (degree and professional license mandatory) 2 years of experience in project coordination and management. Experience in hardware, infrastructure, or physical technology. Valid Scrum Master or ITIL V4 certification (mandatory). Knowledge of agile methodologies and IT service management.
