




Position Summary: We are seeking an administration or industrial engineering intern to document processes, follow up on audits, and develop document controls. Key Highlights: 1. Support in documentation and validation of internal processes. 2. Follow-up on findings from internal and external audits. 3. Development of document control and implementation tracking. Bachelor's degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering, with a maximum of one year and a minimum of six months remaining to complete the program (with valid optional insurance). Contract Type: Minimum 6 months, maximum 1 year Schedule: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) Work Type: On-site (Parque Toluca 2000) Responsibilities: Document and validate internal processes, ensuring they remain current in the Quality Site. Ensure written processes are executed and serve as evidence for customers and our departments. Track findings/observations from internal and external audits. Assist in updating and executing work instructions with the responsible department personnel. Support logistical arrangements for internal and/or external audits (customers and certifications, both national and international). Document procedures, work instructions, and internal quality audits. Prepare presentations for customers or internal use, etc. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Develop document control and track it through to implementation in the department. Relevant Knowledge Desired: Quality, Processes in Document Management Systems. Labor Law (with focus on Labor Equality). Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCI 4.0.1 standards. Ability to create Flowcharts and Work Instructions, and familiarity with Quality Management or Administration Systems. Proficiency in G-Suite.
