**Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of on-site construction work, meeting established quality, safety, delivery schedule, and cost standards. **Main Responsibilities (Brief Version)** * Supervise daily on-site activities and adherence to the project schedule. * Coordinate on-site personnel. * Verify availability of materials, tools, and resources. * Monitor progress and timelines, reporting deviations. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare logs, progress reports, and other required documentation. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum experience: 3 years in construction (verifiable on CV). * Knowledge of blueprint reading, quantity takeoff, and interpretation of specifications. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or construction management software. * Availability to rotate shifts, if applicable.
