Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for cost analysis and civil works bidding management, coordinating the technical, economic, and administrative aspects of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cost analysis and civil works bidding. 2. Project coordination and management of technical/economic proposals. 3. Proficiency in Neodata, OPUS, and Excel for budgeting. Functions and Responsibilities:Cost Analysis: * Prepare detailed civil works budgets (materials, labor, machinery, indirect costs, and profit). * Analyze unit prices and labor and equipment productivity. * Update cost, input, and supplier databases. * Conduct cost comparisons and economic feasibility analyses. * Monitor variances between budgeted and actual costs. Bidding: * Analyze bidding documents and technical scopes. * Integrate technical and economic proposals according to specified requirements. * Coordinate the collection of technical, legal, and administrative information. * Prepare catalogs of items, generators, and unit price matrices. * Track clarification meetings, rulings, and award decisions. * Support contract and amendment agreement negotiations. Coordination and Control: * Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance departments. * Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Support project financial planning. * Maintain physical and digital files of bids and budgets. Job Requirements:Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (graduated or intern). Experience: * Minimum 2–4 years in civil works cost analysis and bidding. * Experience in public and/or private construction projects. Technical Knowledge: * Budget and unit price preparation. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Public bidding procedures (LOPSRM, applicable regulations and standards). * Cost control and project financial analysis. * Knowledge of construction and safety regulations. Software and Tools: * Neodata, OPUS, or similar. * Intermediate–advanced Excel. * AutoCAD (basic–intermediate). * Microsoft Office suite.
