Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for cost analysis and civil works bidding management, coordinating the technical, economic, and administrative aspects of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Technical Knowledge: * Budget and unit price preparation. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Public bidding procedures (LOPSRM, applicable regulations and standards). * Cost control and project financial analysis. * Knowledge of construction and safety regulations. Software and Tools: * Neodata, OPUS, or similar. * Intermediate–advanced Excel. * AutoCAD (basic–intermediate). * Microsoft Office suite.
