Track financial deliverables and maintain supporting documentation for strategic initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA, IT Enablement). Participate in contract review and renewal processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies. Prepare and update CAPEX and OPEX reports for IT projects. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of SAP (FI, MM) and expense management tools (e.g., SAP Concur). Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting. Solid understanding of budget control and contract administration. Ability to manage complex invoicing processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. Effective communication with IT, Finance, and external vendors. Intermediate to advanced English (reading and writing).
