Operational customer support Job Objective: Execute operational warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely e-commerce order preparation and shipment, as well as providing basic customer support related to orders and deliveries. Requirements: **Completed high school diploma (technical or incomplete bachelor’s degree preferred). ** 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce. ** Experience in order picking and shipping is preferred. Knowledge: *Basic Shopify proficiency *ERP usage (SAP, Pulpo, Odoo, CONTPAQi, or other) *Inventory control *Warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing) Skills: -Organization and tidiness -Attention to detail -Teamwork -Sense of urgency -Responsibility Main Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: **Receiving, organizing, and safeguarding merchandise. **Order picking and packing. **Preparing shipments according to priority. **Assisting with loading and unloading of merchandise. E-commerce and Systems: **Basic order management in Shopify. **Updating order and shipment statuses. **Supporting inventory synchronization across platforms. Inventory Control: **Participating in cyclic inventories and physical counts. **Recording inventory receipts and withdrawals in the system. **Identifying and reporting discrepancies or incidents. ERP and Administrative Control: **Entering movements into the ERP system. **Supporting control of purchase orders, shipping labels, and documentation. **Validating logistical information. Operational Customer Support: **Assisting with order tracking (status, shipments, deliveries). **Basic communication with customers in coordination with Customer Service. **Resolving simple logistics-related inquiries.
