This is not a maintenance role; the successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex production failures related to test equipment architecture, automation software, and **intrinsic product design defects**. **Key Responsibilities** * **Expert Engineering Support:** Resolve critical product failures in the manufacturing test environment by performing deep\-dive root cause analysis. * **Design \& Debugging:** Identify and fix failures stemming from RF hardware design, PCB issues, or sophisticated test software. * **Test Automation:** Develop and optimize automated test procedures using **Python, C\+\+, MATLAB, or LabVIEW** to interface with high\-end instrumentation. * **Data Analysis:** Analyze RF metrics (**EVM, SNR, Modulation Error**) to identify trends and prevent production bottlenecks. * **Infrastructure Management:** Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches) and servers (Exchange/Production servers) relevant to the test floor. * **Strategic Documentation:** Create clear, professional test plans, procedures, and technical reports for global engineering teams. **Required Qualifications \& Skills** **Education \& Experience** * **Degree:** Bachelor’s in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics**, or a related STEM field. **A Master’s degree is a strong plus.** * **Experience:** **4\+ years** of hands\-on experience specifically in **RF Design and Testing**.
