Trainee SDR (sales development representative) What do you need? Passion for technology and enterprise sales Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (completed or recent graduate) At least 1 year of experience in enterprise client prospecting, B2B lead generation, or call center. At least 2 years of experience in account development, outbound cold calling, email outreach, and marketing campaigns. Social media proficiency, including LinkedIn and Instagram Database management tools proficiency preferred · Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities via social media to accelerate the sales process within an assigned territory or vertical. Research and develop our accounts through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and marketing campaigns. Prospect qualified potential sales clients. Identify potential clients’ business challenges and uncover relevant new business opportunities. Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives. Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using CRM. Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives and record prospect information in the CRM database.
