Attention to detail and focus on conversion We are seeking a Digital Traffic (Ads) Specialist focused on lead conversion, responsible for creating and executing digital advertising campaign strategies. Responsibilities: -Community management (responding to direct messages, comments, and reactions) -Support in content creation and adaptation -Support in community interaction and growth -Planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads). -Management and monitoring of sales targets, leads, views, reach, etc. -Campaign management on the ideal platform -Budget preparation and audience segmentation for potential customers -Campaign creation -Metrics analysis. -Collaboration with the commercial (sales) team to design campaigns based on requirements. Requirements -Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Digital Traffic Specialist. -Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including measurement of same. -Organization, attention to detail, and focus on conversion. -Strong writing and communication skills. -Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred (degree certificate and professional license). We Offer: -Monthly gross salary of $16,000 to $19,000 -Statutory benefits. -Work schedule: Monday to Friday. -Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. -Professional and collaborative work environment. -Career growth and development.
