




Job Summary: This role focuses on executing risk and control management actions related to personal health and safety, fraud detection, and money laundering prevention to identify deviations and prevent operational risk in branches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the control environment at branches 2. Conduct risk coverage visits and ensure security 3. Conduct investigations of frauds, incidents, and accidents *Location:* **Toluca, Zinacantepec** Execute risk and control management actions related to personal health and safety, fraud detection, and money laundering, with the objective of identifying deviations and preventing operational risk at Branches. * **Challenges you will face:** * Monitor the control environment at branches to identify compliance or deviation from company processes and policies. * Conduct risk coverage visits across each assigned territory to ensure the security and protection of company assets. * Hold meetings with agents and staff to deliver fraud and security awareness sessions and training at branches, contributing to organizational policy and procedure compliance. * Conduct cash audits for agents, staff, administration, and any other positions handling cash in the field and at branches to confirm that company asset usage and cash movement comply with established policies. * Conduct investigations related to frauds, incidents, and accidents to determine primary risks and losses recorded at the assigned branch. * Record findings identified in the field and at branches in the Loss Prevention Portal to provide documentation and report cases to relevant departments. * Execute occupational health and safety plan activities at the branch to comply with the company’s defined strategy. * **If you possess the following:** * Analytical skills * Problem-solving skills * Organizational and planning skills * Interviewing skills * Leadership skills * Decision-making skills * Commitment to fulfilling responsibilities on time and as required * Energy to build strong relationships with others through active listening, empathy generation, and determination * Knowledge of the city * Hazard identification and risk assessment, incident/accident investigation and follow-up, field risk assessment * Comprehensive understanding of business needs * **Live the Provident experience:** Our team compensation is competitive within our industry, providing economic well-being and comprehensive security for you and your family through a broad value proposition.
