The primary objective will be to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and the entire tourist complex, guaranteeing compliance with Civil Protection regulations and the highest service standards. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions within hotels located in tourist areas. * Language: Advanced English. Knowledge: * Regulations: Development and monitoring of Civil Protection Programs. * Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and control occupational and infrastructure-related risks. * Technology: Proficiency in surveillance software, incident management systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Skills: * Analytical: Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
