Job Summary: We are seeking a Physical Security Supervisor with experience in private security and knowledge of civil protection and legal frameworks for Toluca. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable personnel management experience in security **GRUPO LA MODERNA – MOLINOS DEL SUDESTE PLANT REQUIRES:** ***PHYSICAL SECURITY SUPERVISOR*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Public Security / Bachelor’s Degree in Citizen Security / Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology / Industrial Engineering (Certified)** * Experience: 2 years as a Physical Security Leader/Supervisor * Desirable personnel management experience **(intra- and extra-mural guards)** * Extensive experience in private security (industrial plants or similar) * Knowledge of physical security, civil protection, and legal frameworks related to security. * Basic administrative knowledge. * Availability for flexible scheduling and shift rotation.
