We are a company with a **young, dynamic, and fast-paced culture**, where proactive, organized individuals with a commercial mindset make the difference. **Role Objective** To be responsible for **prospecting, qualifying, and generating commercial opportunities**, ensuring that only **leads with real potential** reach the sales team. What will you do in this role? * Prospect potential customers via **phone calls, emails, and networking**. * Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine sales opportunities. * Serve as the **first filter of the commercial funnel** (SDR/BDR). * Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. * Timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. * Manage and keep information updated in the **CRM (Odoo or others)**. * Collaborate closely with the **Market Analysis team**, which provides databases and contact profiles. * Participate in **trade shows and events** for lead generation. * Consistently report activities and commercial metrics. Compensation Structure * **Commission per qualified meeting**. * **0.5% commission per closed sale**. * Average commission per closed deal: **$50,000 MXN**. * **Base salary: range to be confirmed**. Candidate Profile We Seek * Degree in **Engineering, Energy, Electricity, or related field** (preferred). * Prior experience as a **BDR or in commercial prospecting**. * Experience in **energy / solar energy** is preferred. * CRM proficiency (Odoo preferred). * Excellent organizational and calendar management skills. * Ability to structure daily work between **calls and administrative tasks**. * Outstanding verbal communication, good voice quality, and speaking confidence. * A **charismatic, proactive, and self-assured profile**. * Experience engaging with **executives and decision-makers**. * Willingness to travel. * Must reside in **CDMX**.
