Field technical leadership At **Pregza**, we are looking for a **BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Systems Specialist Engineer** to join our engineering team and participate in energy storage and electrical systems projects. Requirements **Education:** Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum **3 years in electrical systems or renewable energy**. * Experience with **BESS systems, energy storage, or photovoltaic systems**. **Technical Knowledge:** * BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) * Bidirectional inverters * EMS / SCADA systems * BMS (Battery Management System) * Electrical systems integration * Electrical diagrams and protection systems **Language:** * **Advanced English / 100% (mandatory)** * Ability to read technical manuals, communicate with international suppliers, and prepare reports in English. **Desired Software** * AutoCAD * ETAP / DIgSILENT * Advanced Excel Skills ✔ Technical problem-solving ✔ Teamwork ✔ Project planning and monitoring ✔ Field technical leadership We Offer **Competitive salary (based on experience)** Opportunity for professional growth Participation in innovative energy sector projects Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
