We are looking to add a creative, organized individual with expertise in textile design to our team, who can support the development of designs requested by our clients. **Position** Textile Designer **Required Profile** * Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field. * Knowledge of fabric design, prints, patterns, colors, and materials. * Ability to create creative proposals, drawings, sketches, and digital designs. * Proficiency in design software — ideally tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD programs oriented toward textile design. * Ability to conceptualize and develop designs from initial idea to final version, considering materials, patterns, color schemes, and functionality. * Creativity, strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, trend awareness, organization, and ability to meet deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Create textile designs, prints, or patterns according to customer requirements. * Prepare sketches, samples, color palettes, digital or physical files necessary for manufacturing or tenders. * Collaborate with other departments (production, purchasing, customer service) to ensure designs meet technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines. * Review proposals, materials, and possibly prototypes or pilot samples. * Stay updated on textile design trends, colors, materials, and production techniques. **What we are looking for in you (skills and competencies)** * Creativity and innovation to generate attractive and functional designs. * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively across different departments. * Ability to manage design projects, timelines, and requirements. * Proactivity and willingness to adapt to production or client needs. **What we offer?** * Permanent position with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Opportunity to participate in varied projects — textile design, production, tenders — contributing your ideas and creativity. * Professional work environment focused on quality, innovation, and growth.
