




We are a 100% Mexican company looking for talent to join us in our growth and transformation journey—take on the challenge as: **Talent Attraction Manager** **Department:** Human Capital **Work Location:** Chalco, State of Mexico **Work Modality:** On-site **Job Purpose** Design, implement, and optimize the comprehensive talent attraction strategy to ensure timely coverage of key vacancies, guaranteeing quality, speed, and cultural alignment—through a creative, dynamic, and business objective–driven approach. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Define and meet talent attraction KPIs: time-to-fill, hiring efficiency and quality, early turnover, internal client satisfaction. * Develop the annual talent attraction plan aligned with business objectives. * Manage recruitment budgets and optimize cost-per-hire. * Oversee operational, administrative, technical, and specialized recruitment processes. * Ensure agile, structured, and standardized processes. * Implement technological tools (ATS, AI, digital platforms). * Design and drive innovative employer branding strategies. * Create talent attraction campaigns across social media, job fairs, and strategic partnerships. * Propose new approaches to attract talent in competitive markets. * Lead, develop, and motivate the talent attraction team through clear goals and continuous performance tracking. * Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and results orientation. * Act as a strategic partner to leaders and managers, advising on profiles, labor market trends, and best practices. * Manage expectations and prioritize critical vacancies. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Knowledge of Employer Branding or People Analytics. * 4 years’ experience in talent attraction, including at least 1 year leading recruitment teams. * Experience in industrial, service, or high-volume companies (preferred). * Familiarity with ATS, competency-based interviews, and psychometrics. **Competencies and/or Skills:** * Strong results orientation and goal achievement focus. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Innovative thinking to attract talent. * Energy, initiative, and proactivity. * Openness to change and new methodologies. * Business-oriented, creative, agile, and solution-driven—with a constant focus on continuous improvement. **What will you gain?** $20,000 monthly gross * Weekly base salary. * 100% IMSS coverage. * Vacation days in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Vacation bonus. * Company nutritionist. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Monthly food vouchers. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Personal loans. * 5% savings fund. * Scholarships and school supplies for children. * Internal events. * Career development plan–growth. * Free uniforms. * Ongoing training.
