If you have excellent communication skills and are interested in a wellness-oriented environment, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities** \- Patient Care: Greet, register, and guide patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and via phone or digital platforms. \- Appointment Management: Manage the nutritionist’s schedule (appointments, follow-up consultations) using clinic management systems. \- Document Handling: Organize and securely archive patient records with confidentiality. \- Billing and Collections: Collect payments for consultations and services, manage issuance of receipts and electronic invoices. \- General Support: Maintain an orderly and presentable reception and waiting area, coordinate the purchase of basic office supplies. **Requirements** Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in reception, customer service, or administrative assistant roles, preferably in clinics, medical offices, or healthcare centers. Communication Skills: Advanced oral and written communication skills, with the ability to address inquiries and handle situations tactfully and empathetically. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic experience with appointment/clinic management systems (desirable). Attitude: Proactive, organized, punctual, with strong responsibility and discretion in handling sensitive information. **We Offer** Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays half-day.
