Focused on the safety of our employees and committed to product quality, we are seeking a Sampling Production Operator. **Objective** As a Perfumes Production Operator, you will be responsible for executing process operations in the Manufacturing Area such as: cleaning of utensils, material transfer, addition/mixing of ingredients, and/or product labeling. Following safety, quality, speed, and efficiency standards during process execution, performing activities in compliance with corporate guidelines. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manufacturing liquid perfumes: cleaning of utensils, material transfer, addition/mixing of ingredients, and/or product labeling. * Handling equipment/tools such as pipettes, pumps, pallet jacks (manual and/or electric), kettles, filters, pumps, hoses. * Execution of production plans and good manufacturing practices and documentation. * Monitoring and implementing safety, quality, and productivity standards during liquid perfume manufacturing. * Contributing to achieving the site's vision, mission, fundamentals, and strategy. **We Offer:** * A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physical and mental, of our employees. * A work environment that empowers individuals to take ownership of their work and results. * A strong belief that working together with our customers is key to achieving great things. * The aspiration to be a great team, learning from each other to become a force for good, bringing progress to life and creating a better future. **We Value:** * High school diploma or technical degree. * At least 2 years of experience as a manufacturing operator in chemical, food, or pharmaceutical industries. * Experience in handling and adding hazardous and specially regulated chemicals. * Basic SAP system knowledge. * Application of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Integrated Management Systems. * General knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, improvement ideas, performance indicators.
