Job Summary: Maintenance Analyst to lead maintenance management, participate in processes, and ensure vertical startup and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. GTM Leader for the assigned production line and support in daily maintenance management. 2. Active participation in TPM implementation and consolidation. 3. Compliance with the Maintenance Shutdown Program and application of TBM. **Maintenance Analyst** * **General Information** Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Plant Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; availability to work weekends required. Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technician, or related field. Experience: 1 year in a similar position. Knowledge: TPM, KPI Management, Excel. * **Objective** Serve as GTM Leader for the assigned line(s), participate in processes, support daily maintenance management for GTM colleagues and area specialists, manage maintenance execution to ensure vertical startup, drive 5W \+ 1H improvements to strengthen planned maintenance, comply with Integrated Management System requirements, and actively participate in TPM implementation and consolidation. * **A Day in the Life** * Lead TPM implementation and methodology application within your area. * Comply with the Maintenance Shutdown Program to avoid production delays, and apply Planned Maintenance (TBM). * Participate in the development and execution of zero-based budgeting to prevent deviations in expenses incurred on the line(s). * Support in facilitating maintenance tools and requirements for your line(s) and coworkers. * Apply and comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS). Apply and monitor compliance with IMS objectives and targets. Use and maintain IMS operational controls, manuals, procedures, and instructions. Verify measurement and monitoring of environmental aspects and OSH risk indicators. Ensure implementation of corrective, preventive actions, and nonconformities under the IMS.
