Maintaining active communication and continuous process improvement. **Job Title: National Logistics and Distribution Planner** **City: Toluca, State of Mexico.** As the **National Logistics and Distribution Planner**, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of products to our customers across the national territory, meeting each customer’s requirements, internal company policies (Safety, Quality, and Service), and local legislation at all times. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Develop a strategic delivery plan for customers, considering various geographical zones, types and modes of transportation, customer requirements, and internal requirements. * Track daily material invoicing, reporting status, progress, or anomalies to support and operations teams at all times. * Monitor and track daily deliveries to customers from loading through to delivery. * Accurately record all shipment-related information—including costs—in SAP, and track invoice submission for billing and payment to transportation providers. * Strengthen our transportation provider system by conducting physical and documentary audits, following up on action plans for audit findings, and implementing preventive measures. * Maintain active communication with various departments to achieve KPIs (Warehouse, MFG, QC, QA). * Continuously adopt a process-improvement mindset to execute new projects within the department and achieve set objectives. * Conduct quality and safety audits of transportation providers. **What You Bring to Us** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
