Position Summary: Responsible for managing and verifying accounts payable and receivable in SAP, analyzing operational plans, costs, expenses, and customer billing. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures successful financial closing **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** Location: Regional Laboratory | Coffee, Culinary, and PAC Manufacturing Plant – Toluca Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (availability required on weekends as per shift coverage). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Banking. Languages: Intermediate English. Experience: 1 year of experience in banking, financial administration, and accounting. **POSITION SNAPSHOT** Responsible for managing, verifying, and updating accounts payable and receivable in the SAP system to ensure they are cleansed and correctly accounted for, as well as verifying that budget allocations and accounts payable are accurately reflected in the accounting records of the NQAC Toluca Laboratory. Responsible for analyzing the operational plan, actual costs, expense reviews and analysis for the NQAC Toluca Laboratory, as well as customer billing. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** * Analyze accounting entries, validating that they are up-to-date in SAP to ensure successful financial closing for the NQAC Toluca Laboratory. * Verify and update accounts receivable and payable in SAP, recording all transactions via the SAP system to cleanse overdue balances, out-of-cycle charges, payroll reconciliations, and correct potential discrepancies. * Recover costs for analytical services provided to internal and external NQAC Toluca customers through journal entries or invoicing, ensuring reconciliation of recovered amounts to comply with and adhere to accounting standards. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:** * Proficiency in Excel. * SAP proficiency. * Knowledge of accounting reports. * Understanding of tax policies.
