Position Title: **Automation Engineer** Location: **Toluca, State of Mexico** As an Automation Engineer, you will optimize production processes through industrial automation solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and reliability in the manufacturing of perfumes and fragrances, focused on the Popscent manufacturing process. **Key Responsibilities:** * PLC programming * Design, maintain, and improve control systems for production processes. * Design, * Monitoring and optimization of production processes. * Maintenance and updating of automated equipment * Integration of new technologies * Compliance with regulations and technical studies. * Improve, streamline, and ensure the functionality of industrial operations. **What You Bring to Us:** * Degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial or related field. * 1 to 2 years of experience as an Automation Engineer, PLC Programmer, or Instrumentation Engineer. * Experience in manufacturing companies in the perfume, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and/or food sectors. * Solid knowledge of programming and software applied to manufacturing and production processes * Intermediate English (able to communicate orally) * Basic knowledge of Industry 4.0 (IoT, smart manufacturing) * Skills in handling, analyzing, and optimizing data * Maintenance and/or automation operations * Adaptability to change. * Results-oriented. * **Availability to travel for 2 weeks to Singapore for training.** **We Offer:** * Opportunity for learning and training in maintenance and engineering areas. * Opportunity to interact with support and manufacturing departments. * A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physical and mental. * A strong belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things. * Opportunities for growth, development, and learning within and outside the country.; How to Apply?
