On-site support for convenience stores in Toluca and the western/northern zone of Estado de México (EDOMEX) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Full support for all PCs, point-of-sale systems, and peripherals (PIN pads \- ticket printers \- etc.) * Full support for all CCTV systems * Basic network equipment support * On-site resolution of hardware and software incidents * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment * Equipment customization and data restoration * Preparation of equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * Maintenance of up-to-date hardware inventory records * Manual registration and tracking of equipment movements \- shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical professional with studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields. * Experience in operational asset management, inventory, or warehouse operations * Minimum 6 months of professional experience * Technical knowledge of hardware (HW) * Technical knowledge of CCTV maintenance * Familiarity with ticket management (TKTS) tools * Valid driver’s license **Additional Information** What will you gain by working with us? * Statutory benefits * Fixed monthly bonuses for punctuality, attendance, and restaurant support * Grocery vouchers * Discounts with entertainment companies, gyms, language schools, universities, and more * Professional training and career development program Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
