Participate in cost reduction projects across the supply chain Job Request ID: 25693 Country: Mexico Job Location: Acceso IV Nº 6 Zona Industrial Benito Juárez Querétaro, Querétaro 76120 **SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE PROFESSIONAL** **Job Mission:** Development and Validation of New Projects, as well as Monitoring and Improvement throughout the Product Supply Process. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the Development and Industrialization of New Projects * Develop and Validate IPAs / PPAPs * Lead Process Changes * Manage Non-Conformities with Suppliers * Develop Supplier Performance Improvement Plans * Participate in Supply Chain Cost Reduction Projects * Manage Risk through Specific Programs for its Mitigation Production Process Auditor * **Who We Are Looking For:** **Education:** Industrial, Aerospace or related Engineering degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * **Required Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Machining Production Processes * Ability to interpret engineering drawings (ASME standards) * Practical experience in developing IPAs / PPAPs * Knowledge of EN 9100 / AS 13100 quality management systems * Experience with Problem-Solving Tools and the 8D methodology * Experience with Core Tools: SPC, PFMEA, MSA, Ishikawa Experience as a Production Process Auditor * **Desired Knowledge and Software:** * SAP, Office * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and ASME standards * Ability to interpret customer specifications * PPAP CARe preferred R2 SQA/MQA preferred * **Languages:** Advanced English. **Soft Skills:** * Enjoys challenges. * Relies on others. * Takes initiative.
