Your primary objective will be to increase profitability and generate added value in residential subdivisions, ensuring efficient operations and excellent relations with co-owners. **Main Responsibilities** * **Leadership and Team Management:** Supervise, train, and motivate direct reports (Administration Managers and Regional Coordinators), intervening in critical or high-risk situations. * **Financial Management:** Plan operational budgets, financial projections, cash flow, and monthly income and expense reports. * **Strategic Relationships:** Maintain effective communication with developers, housing institutions (INFONAVIT), government authorities, and internal committees. * **Operations and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with the Condominium Property Law; coordinate collection, legal, and customer service processes; and validate service planning. * **Conflict Management:** Intervene and resolve sensitive social conflicts within residential developments. * **Decision-Making:** Analyze profit-and-loss statements, monitor internal audits, and supervise implementation of technological tools (corporate mobile app). **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (preferably in Economics or Administration). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in real estate management of social housing. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Condominium Property Law. * Management of condominium assemblies. * Budget control and financial planning. * Liaison with INFONAVIT and PROSOC. **Key Competencies** * **Results Orientation:** Full focus on achieving objectives and profitability. * **Effective Communication:** Ability to negotiate with suppliers and authorities. * **Adaptability to Change:** Flexibility to operate in dynamic environments and adherence to institutional standards. * **Customer Service:** Service-oriented attitude aimed at creating value for residents and developers.
