Your objective will be to ensure operational excellence in the quality, preparation, execution, and presentation of beverages, cocktails, and beer nationwide, accompanied by supervision of processes, techniques, and brand standards to guarantee quality service in compliance with sanitary regulations and guest expectations. Activities: * Advanced techniques in cocktail preparation. * In-depth knowledge of liquors, distilled spirits, wines, and beers, including their flavor profiles and characteristics. * Hygiene and food safety standards. * Inventory management and waste control. * Staff supervision and operational leadership. * Operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems and production control tools, including warehouse management and inventory execution. * Basic office tools. * Food quality and safety standards (NOMs, certifications, etc.). * Recipe costing and execution sheets. * Operational training at bars. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience at prestigious bars within restaurant chains or franchises, with at least 1 year supervising bars and bartenders across multiple business units in the casual dining (American) segment; extensive experience in operational controls, process management, workflow tracking, strategies for achieving brand-level standardization, and training.
