




Job Summary: Field Assistant to perform markings, readings, installations, verifications, and reporting of public services, supporting the handling of requests. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork, exposure to various weather conditions. **POSITION: FIELD ASSISTANT** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Perform terrain markings assisted by a surveyor.** * **Take and record water meter readings.** * **Carry out water service cutoffs and reconnections.** * **Install water meters and black boxes.** * **Confirm excavation for water and drainage tap installations.** * **Verify leaks.** * **Inspect biodigester installation points.** * **Inspect and report burnt-out public lighting lamps.** * **Inspect CFE meters.** * **Inspect water taps.** * **Conduct censuses of connected services.** * **Record information, evidence, and reports.** * **Support in handling requests and complaints.** * **Perform various duties related to the area.** **Job Requirements** * Minimum education level: high school diploma or Civil Engineer/Architect (preferred). * Basic knowledge of meter reading, water services, plumbing, and electricity. * Ability to perform fieldwork and extended site visits. * Basic proficiency in internet use, applications, recordkeeping, forms, and reporting. * Valid driver’s license. **Working Conditions** * Primarily field-based work. * Exposure to variable weather conditions.
