Your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality customer service by efficiently and professionally handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the hotel’s success. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing information regarding services, rates, and availability. * Manage reservations and modifications through the hotel property management system. * Effectively and promptly resolve guest inquiries and complaints. * Provide information about promotions, packages, and additional hotel services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Adhere to company-established quality standards and procedures. Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; preferably with studies in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. * Prior customer service experience, preferably within the hotel industry or call center environment. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Knowledge of hotel property management systems and call center software tools is a plus. * Positive attitude, empathy, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
